Reebok
Named for the Afrikaans word for the grey rhebok, a type of African antelope, Reebok was founded in England in 1958, initially creating athletic footwear for runners, later going on to make performance footwear for everything from aerobics to American football. A subsidiary of the German company Adidas since 2005, Reebok continues to produce timeless athletic footwear both from its past, as well new silhouettes looking towards the future.
