WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY TO NEARLY ANYWHERE USPS SERVICES. RATES ARE CALCULATED AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER. FOUR HORSEMEN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES INCURRED FROM IMPORTING GOODS. FRAGRANCE MAY NOT BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY.
TRACKING NUMBERS
ONCE YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONTAINING THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR SHIPMENT. FOUR HORSEMEN ONLY SHIPS PACKAGES MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
FOUR HORSEMEN  WILL GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORDER DELIVERY. THE GOODS MUST BE FREE FROM WEAR, STAINS, ODOR OR ANY CONDITION THAT WOULD PREVENT THEM FROM BEING SOLD AS NEW. RETURNED ITEMS MUST HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT. ITEMS SOLD FOR A DISCOUNT  ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

CUSTOMERS WILL ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. FOUR HORSEMEN WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OR COMPENSATION OF RETURN PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT WITHOUT PROOF OF DELIVERY TO THE FOUR HORSEMEN RETURNS DEPT.

IF ALL CONDITIONS ARE MET, THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT WILL BE CREDITED; IF NOT ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER WITH AN EXPLANATION.
